My stay at Hadley’s Orient Hotel was quite enjoyable overall, with its charming heritage feel and friendly staff. I loved the hotel's perfect CBD location, making it easy to walk to attractions. However, while the bar and dining areas were lovely, I did notice some issues with the breakfast quality on one occasion. 🏨😊

I had a really enjoyable stay at Hadley's Orient Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience feel warm and welcoming. The location was perfect for exploring Hobart, just a short walk to key attractions. However, I did notice some minor plumbing issues in my room that detracted from an otherwise lovely visit.

The service throughout my stay was friendly and genuine. Staff were eager to help, whether it was at reception or during late-night check-ins. I did, however, experience a small hiccup when someone entered my room without my permission.

My stay at Hadley's Orient Hotel was mostly enjoyable, with excellent central location and charming old-world character. However, the dining experience felt a little lacking, especially with the cold plates at breakfast. Overall, I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort provided, just a few minor quirks to improve.

Rooms
8.0
I initially had a small room which struggled to fit my bags, but thankfully, reception moved me to a larger room. It was clean and well-appointed, even if some areas had a bit of an old charm that showed wear.
Service
8.0
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially when I arrived early and they got my room ready. However, some aspects of service could use improvement, like getting an iron to my room.
Location

While the food was generally good, some issues arose at breakfast with cold plates affecting my meal experience. I enjoyed my dinner in the restaurant, especially the Eggs Benedict, though it could have been better organized.
Facilities

My stay at Hadley's Orient Hotel was overall enjoyable, thanks to the charming atmosphere and friendly staff. However, I found the room a bit dark and the offsite parking inconvenient. The dining experience was good, but I would have preferred better coffee options for breakfast.

Rooms

My stay at Hadley’s Orient Hotel was quite mixed. The location was fantastic for exploring Hobart, but some service aspects left me disappointed. While my first room was charming, my final room certainly did not meet my expectations. The history and character of the hotel stand out, yet the amenities and management could use some improvement.

Rooms

Initially, I stayed in a lovely spa suite, but the last night in a standard room felt lacking. The worn tiles and issues with the shower door were disappointing. The space was adequate but not as luxurious as hoped.

The concierge staff was consistently friendly and helpful, which made a positive difference. However, I felt that my anniversary wasn't acknowledged despite mentioning it during my stay.
